Do I need to make an appointment for service?
While booking a priority appointment online is encouraged, it is not necessary - you can stop by our Scarborough facility during business hours and we will do our best to service you while you are there.
My check engine light is on, what do I do?
If the check engine light is on, visit our locations and our team will perform a diagnosis where we can identify the cause of the issue. If the check engine light is blinking or the vehicle is not functioning normally, we recommend you do not operate the vehicle and call us to get your vehicle towed into our shop for diagnosis, an estimate, and if approved - the required repair.
How much time does a full service take?
A full service appointment takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes.
How often should I have my brakes checked?
Although its not necessary to change your brakes until your mileage has reached between 25,000 km - 75,000 km depending on how you drive, its a great habit to get them checked every 20,000 km just to keep an eye on it.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm, and Saturday from 10am-3pm.

We recommend your wheel alignment to be checked at least twice per year and performed at least once a year as a preventative maintenance measure for your vehicle.
